Our clients wanted to make the right first step, starting out on their property investment journey. They had seen their peers achieve passive income and knew that it was possible. They wanted an asset that would pay-off their mortgage, so they could spend more time in control of their financial lives and less time worrying about bills.
Situation
Our Discovery Session revealed that Tony and Angela both worked in IT and had strong combined household income. They also had plenty of lazy equity in their family home and wanted to employ this equity to work for them (and to also get great tax benefits). Our clients were both very analytical and great with numbers, however they had reached a point of analysis paralysis. They needed an expert to zoom out and look at their situation objectively before zooming back in with the right Strategy and Property Solution.
Strategy

Our recent Annual Review revealed our clients are thrilled with the result. Their current annual rental income for two NDIS participants is $109,695.26 providing a yield of 14% per annum (based on their original purchase price). Our clients have also received the benefit of increased asset value over time and plan to refinance against this property to unlock more lazy equity to inject into another upcoming investment purchase. They have been disciplined with their strategy and have been paying down their home mortgage rapidly with the surplus cash-flow. They know they are only a few steps away from long term financial freedom and leaving a lasting legacy for their two children.
